Aisha Rahman is our remedial massage therapist. She works closely with the chiropractic team to release tight muscles, ease pain and support recovery between adjustments.

Aisha uses a blend of deep-tissue, trigger-point and stretching techniques, always tailored to how each client is feeling on the day. Her calm, attentive approach makes every session both effective and relaxing.
